Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel great in your Spirit of CAN. gear.
If something isn’t quite right, unworn and undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery.
Exchanges are always free.
Returns are subject to an $8 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@spiritofcan.com, and our team will be happy to assist you. Please include your order number and contact information. If you do not have your order number, we will gladly help you locate it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Stickers, unless they arrive damaged or defective

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
