A. In the simplest of terms, we're the opposite of "can't" or as we say in Hawaii "no can". We are working daily to overcome these self defeating words with positive apparel and messaging. And, when you're not able to overcome "can't" on your own, we are asking you to "ask for help". We're doing life together / Kokua! About Spirit of CAN.
Q. Where is Spirit of CAN. located and where are products made?
A. Spirit of CAN., LLC headquarters are located in Koloa, Hawaii on the island of Kaua`i. Clothing is printed in a variety of locations including; Kaua`i, Maui, Las Vegas (9th Island), and North Carolina.
Q. Where do I buy CAN. products in Hawai'i?
A. We are now partnered with Deja Vu Surf Hawaii on the island of Kauai in Hawaii.
Q. What are our shipping rates?
A. We charge a flat rate of $4.00 + 1.75 for each additional item shipped domestically. Look for promotions including free shipping.
Q. How fast will my order be processed?
A. We have two apparel fulfillment processes, in-stock and print on demand. In our store each product lists if it's considered in-stock or print on demand.
In-stock items, we fulfill within 36 hrs and ship USPS Priority Shipping 1-3 days.
Print on demand apparel is freshly baked:) 97.66% of our print on demand orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Please allow for approximately 5-8 business days for apparel to reach your destination.

Q. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee and free returns within 45 days of purchase?
A. YES! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please email us at info@spiritofCAN.com to receive an RA# and shipping label. Return your original purchase within 45 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund of the product price... Experience the ease of purchasing from Spirit of CAN.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the same condition in which you received it. We also request that you contact us prior to shipping to receive a free return label.
